Cohiba Serie M Reserva Azul Coming Next Week

The Miami-made Cohiba M series from General Cigar Co. is getting a new blend and it comes in bright blue packaging. Called Serie M Reserva Azul, the limited-edition cigar starts shipping to retailers on March 3.
Cohiba Serie M Reserva Azul is made at the El Titan de Bronze factory in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood and comes in one size, a Toro measuring 6 inches by 52 ring gauge. Its flagtail cap and closed foot have become hallmarks of the Cohiba Serie M, and, according to General, only senior rollers at the factory are tasked with producing the cigar.
This marks the fifth release of Cohiba Serie M, and is composed of a Dominican Corojo wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder from Estelí and Nicaraguan fillers from Jalapa and Estelí. There is also some Dominican Piloto Cubano in the filler as well. The Reserva Azul differs from the original Serie M blend, which was made with a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper upon its release in 2021. It also differs from last year’s Reserva Roja.
When the Cohiba Serie M was introduced four years ago, it marked the first (legitimate) instance that a Cohiba was produced in the United States. The Serie M has been released once a year ever since in very limited quantities.
Shipping in blue boxes of 10, the Cohiba Serie M Reserva Azul has a suggested retail price of $29.99 each or $299.90 per box (before taxes).
