Diesel Adds Fatter Size To Vintage Series
The Diesel Vintage Series is getting more power. Owner Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) has added a Gigante size to both the Diesel Vintage Series Maduro and Natural lines, a 6-inch-by-60-ring-gauge smoke.
Both lines are Nicaraguan on the inside. The Maduro is cloaked Mexican San Andrés wrapper, while the Natural has an Ecuador Habano wrapper. The cigars began shipping earlier this month.
Diesel Vintage Series Maduro came first, created in collaboration between cigarmaker A.J. Fernandez and Justin Andrews, business development manager of STG’s North American Branded and Rest of World Divisions. The Natural followed in 2024. The cigars are rolled Tabacalera A.J. Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A., will come in 20-count boxes and are priced at $8.99 apiece, before taxes.
This is the sixth size in both lines.
