E.P.C.’s La Historia Lonsdale Heading To Stores Now

The family-themed cigar brand from E.P.C. Cigar Co. now has a slender lonsdale, and it’s going out to retailers today.
The La Alianza factory in the Dominican Republic, and is currently the only lonsdale in the company’s entire portfolio.
Covered in a dark, Mexican San Andrés wrapper, the blend consists of an Ecuador Sumatra binder around an all-Nicaraguan filler. Parientes are set to retail for $10.50 per cigar before taxes, and come in 20-count boxes, unlike the cigars in the rest of the line which only come in boxes of 10. According to Perez-Carrillo, the larger box size was made to encourage sharing at family gatherings.
La Historia debuted in 2014, and later that year the E-III size scored 95 points and was named added in 2015. The Parientes size was reviewed at the PCA trade show this summer.
