Ferio Tego Adds Small Size To Timeless Panamericana

Ferio Tego has added a petit corona to its Timeless Panamericana line, and it’s shipping to cigar shops today.
The Ferio Tego Timeless Panamericana Secreto is rolled in Nicaragua by the Plasencia family. It’s a small smoke, 4 1/2 inches long by 40 ring gauge, and has a mixture of Nicaraguan and Costa Rican filler held together by a Nicaraguan binder and Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. The cigars come 10 to the box, and have suggested retail prices of $10 apiece.
Michael Herklots, who co-owns the brand, called petit coronas “perennial favorites among many of the most discerning cigar enthusiasts.”
The new smoke brings Panamericana to five sizes, ing the Julieta (7 by 48), Gordo (6 by 60), Belicoso Fino (5 1/2 by 52) and Epicure (5 by 50). Several of the sizes have scored in the 90s in Cigar Aficionado and Cigar Insider blind tastings.
