La Flor Dominicana NFTs Draw Bids Up To $90,000

There’s gold in them thar NFTs. The online auction for the seven La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull - The Golden non fungible tokens is approaching the halfway point, and interest has been considerably strong. Three NFTs have been sold so far, ranging in price from $78,000 to $90,000. The fourth auction, which concludes today, saw the bidding at $77,700 as this story was posted.
Three others will be auctioned. Winning the NFT gives the owner the right to buy up to 70 Andalusian Bulls - The Golden per month. The cigar is a lonsdale measuring 6 1/4 inches long by 42 ring gauge, much slimmer than the Andalusian Bull. The cigars come in 14-count-boxes and are made in the Dominican Republic using a blend similar to the Andalusian Bull, a large figurado named Cigar Aficionado’s Cigar of the Year for 2016.
La Flor Dominicana says that this will be the only way for people to buy the Andalusian Bull - The Golden from the company. The NFT winners also get a Golden humidor.
“Only seven people in the world will have control over this one cigar,” said Litto Gomez, who owns and produces the La Flor Dominicana brand.

NOTE: La Flor Dominicana has changed the name of this cigar. Originally known as The Golden Bull, it has been renamed Andalusian Bull - The Golden. All other details about the cigar, including the blend, remain unchanged.
