La Galera Year Of The Snake On Its Way To U.S. Market

La Galera is celebrating the Lunar New Year in the United States with its Year of the Snake, a limited-edition cigar that comes packaged with an eye-catching leather case. While it was released in Asia earlier this year, the festive smokes will be coming to the U.S. market on April 2.
The cigars are made by Jochy Blanco at his Pelo de Oro varietal. According to Blanco, it’s a full-bodied blend.
There’s no mistaking the serpentine theme of the packaging, as each mahogany box is decorated with stamped leather made to resemble snakeskin. As a bonus, each box also comes with a two-finger leather cigar case. Only 2,025 boxes are being produced with a portion allocated for the U.S. market, where it will have a suggested retail price of $430 per 10-count box.
