Pepin Garcia Celebrates 70th Birthday With $10,000 Elie Bleu Humidor

José “Pepin” Garcia, high-end accessories producer Elie Bleu. The Humidor Deluxe includes 100 cigars made especially for this release.
Retailing for $10,000, the French-made marquetry humidor holds 95 cigars and is emblazoned with the My Father logo set in relief against a high-gloss, wood grain surface.
The humidor comes with 100 cigars, which My Father ships separately from the humidor in a large chest. The company says that the 6 1/2 inch by 52 ring gauge toros are made with a unique, all-Nicaraguan blend that showcases a Corojo ’99 wrapper. All the tobacco was grown in Nicaragua by the Garcia family.
Only 75 humidors were produced, and the Garcias said all have been received from and are in the My Father warehouse ready to ship to “select retailers,” as the market for a $10,000 humidor is limited. The first 70 are for sale, but five additional pieces were made for the Garcia family. Each humidor is individually numbered.
