Pledge Of Allegiance Shipping Now

E.P. Carrillo’s homage to America, Pledge of Allegiance, is on its way to cigar shops. The new smokes began shipping on Wednesday, Flag Day, flitting for a smoke made with a patriotic theme.
The brand is a limited edition, and this is a run of just 1,776 numbered boxes. The numbers on each box of cigars have been applied by hand, one of the final steps in producing these smokes, which are packed 10 to the box.
The cigars, which sell for $20 each, are made with Connecticut broadleaf wrappers, Ecuador binders grown from Connecticut seed and a three-country filler blend from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and the United States.
The name of the cigar is a combination of the names of two of E.P. Carrillo’s highly rated lines, Tabacalera La Alianza, its Dominican cigar factory. Pledge of Allegiance is also made at La Alianza.
