Supreme Leaf From Aganorsa Set to Launch

Nicaragua’s Aganorsa Leaf has announced plans for Supreme Leaf, a new cigar packaged in vibrant colors that will launch early next year at the Tobacco Plus Expo.
The maker of Cigar Aficionado’s No. 7 cigar of 2018 (JFR Lunatic Habano Short Robusto) says Supreme Leaf is a “Corojo ’99 dominant blend” that will come in one size only when it launches at the trade show in late-January of 2020.
Measuring 5 inches by 52 ring gauge, the new Supreme Leaf sports a dark, Nicaraguan Corojo ’99 wrapper with binder and filler also from Nicaragua. All of the tobacco in the new cigar was grown by Aganorsa, the agricultural arm of owner Eduardo Fernández’s Nicaraguan conglomerate.
Aganorsa Leaf thinks a bold cigar deserves a bold look, and so the new Supreme Leaf comes packed in boxes of 10 that carry a brilliant purple and orange look. That palette also carries through on the cigar’s band along with a cream-colored base that has the new Aganorsa Leaf logo stamped on it.
Supreme Leaf will retail for the suggested price of $9.95 and is rolled at the Aganorsa Leaf factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
