Tatuaje’s Wolfman Returns

It’s the return of the Wolfman. Like a sequel to an old horror flick, Tatuaje Cigars has brought back the Wolfman, a limited-edition cigar first released in 2011 as part of the company’s yearly Monster Series release. Called the Wolfman Redux, this is the fourth release in Tatuaje’s Redux Monster Series, and is shipping now.
Made in Nicaragua by My Father Cigars S.A., Tatuaje Wolfman Redux is made with a shaggy foot resembling the pelt of a werewolf. The large, box-pressed torpedo measures an imposing 7 1/2 inches by 52 ring gauge, and retails for $13 each. The blend is the same as the original cigar, consisting of an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper and Nicaraguan tobacco.
According to the company, this is a medium- to full-bodied blend.
The coffin-shaped boxes hold 13 cigars and look as though they’ve been spattered in blood. Only 5,000 boxes are being produced. Of that number, 666 are sequentially numbered, and an additional 34 boxes are being held in reserve for special occasions and are marked with an “XX.”
Tatuaje has been producing horror-movie-themed cigars sampler earlier this month.
The Wolfman s three other cigars in the Redux Monster Series that have already made their ghoulish returns: The Frank, The Drac and The Face.
