Viva La Vida Gets Thick New Size
It’s been out for less than a year, but the Viva La Vida brand now has a hefty new size. The Jester measures 5 inches by 56 ring gauge and comes in a handy five-pack that retails for $58. The cigars will not be sold individually.
“We’ve been waiting for the Jester for almost a year and finally it’s here,” said brand owner Billy Fakih.
Made in Nicaragua by A.J. Fernandez, this new, chunky cigar brings the Viva La Vida brand to six sizes: Jester, Diadema Fina, Gran Toro, Robusto, Toro and Torpedo, all of which are made with only Nicaraguan tobacco.
Cigar shops that hold in-store Viva La Vida events will get priority for first shipments of the Jester. Subsequent shipments will then go out to other brick-and-mortar retailers.
Viva La Vida cigars are owned by Artesano del Tabaco, a company formed by A.J. Fernandez.
