A.J. Fernandez And Eladio Diaz Collaborate For New Line

When A.J. Fernandez released the Enclave line in 2015, it was created in collaboration with his father, Ishmael, to celebrate the spirit of brotherhood and camaraderie among cigar smokers. Now, that sense of camaraderie has been furthered with Enclave by Eladio Diaz. The new cigar is made in partnership with industry veteran PCA trade show in New Orleans.
While Fernandez is known for using tobacco from his own factories. Instead, these cigars are produced in the Dominican Republic at Diaz’s Tabacalera Diaz Cabrera (TDC) facility. The blend consists of a Corojo ’99 wrapper from Ecuador, an Ecuadoran binder and an all-Dominican filler.
Enclave by Eladio Diaz line is available in three thick sizes: Robusto, measuring 5 1/2 inches by 54 ring gauge ($9); Toro, 6 by 54 ($9.50); and Gordo, 6 by 60 ($10). All sizes come in boxes of 20.
This wouldn’t be Fernandez’s first collaboration with a Dominican cigarmaker. Some will recall in 2018 when Fernandez teamed up with Jochy Blanco in the Dominican Republic for the San Lotano Dominicano line, which Blanco made at his Tabacalera Palma factory.
The new Enclave By Eladio Diaz is distributed by A.J. Fernandez.
