HERITAGE BY DUNHILL ROBUSTO

Tasting Note
The storied Dunhill line originated as a Cuban brand, but is now owned by corporate concern British American Tobacco (BAT) and both made and distributed by General Cigar Co. Since General took on distribution, the Dunhill brand has had a few iterations, but none have been as impressive as the Heritage by Dunhill. The first thing one notices is the band. Dunhill has brought back its original "white rose" bands and put them around these dark smokes. Although the band is a bit larger than the original, the Heritage line mixes the past with the present by resurrecting its vintage labels but giving the cigar a strong, modern blend. The box-pressed Robusto is covered in an Ecuadoran Habano wrapper, the rest of this cigar is full of meaty, peppery Nicaraguan and Honduran tobacco.
