Tasting Note

Dark and well-made with a multi-seamed cap and flat head, this robusto has a slightly firm draw and uneven burn. It’s spicy and zesty, bursting with notes of lemon and black pepper. Hints of honey and almond usher in a cedar note that recurs on the dry finish.
