STG Names New President of North American Online and Retail Division
Scandinavian Tobacco Group has announced a successor to Craig Reynolds, the company’s executive vice president and president of STG’s North American online and retail division. Effective January 1, Sarah Santos will take over his responsibilities.
STG announced Reynolds’ impending departure in August. According to an official release, Reynolds will the transition until May 31, when he will officially retire. Following his retirement, Reynolds is expected to stay on as a consultant until December 2020, or later.
Santos currently serves as senior vice president of STG’s North American online business. She started in 2003 as a marketing consultant for online retailer Cigars International (owned by STG), and ed full-time in 2008.
Her new title will be president of the company’s North American online and retail division and senior vice president of STG.
“Sarah has played a pivotal role in both the strong performance of Cigars International and the professionalization of our online organization,” said Neils Frederiksen, CEO of STG. “I am confident that she ... is the right person to take over the reins.”
